From the A5-Birmingham, Oswestry, Llangollen etc - Cross the Waterloo Bridge in to Betws-y-Coed & follow the high street for approx a mile until you see the Hawkshead shop on your right. Turn right accross the the Pont-y-Pair bridge (B5106), follow the road to the right & we are the 2nd house on the right

From the A55/A470- Llandudno, Mnachester, Liverpool etc- Follow directions for Betws-y-Coed, turn right over the Waterloo Bridge & then follow the instructions as above

From the A5-Bangor, Holyhead etc- Follow the main road through the village & take then 1st left (about 1 mile after the Btews y Coed sign) over the Pont-y-Pair Bridge, follow the road to the right & we are 2nd house on the right
