We are open all year, with the exception of a few weeks & 23rd-26th December 2009

Room rates vary between £29 & £35 per person per night, depending on the season & length of stay. Our normal minimum booking is 2 nights, but you are welcome to call, nearer the time, should you need 1 night

Pets can be accomodated, strictly by arrangement, & normally will incur a one off charge of £5

Children over the age of 10 will be charged the full rate. Children under 10 can only be accomdated in the tripple room & again please call to confirm

A deposit of 1 full nights stay is payable at booking. We can now accept Debit Cards with no charge & Credit Cards with a 2% -( minimum £2) charge

Cancellation Policiy -If you need to cancel please call us as soon as possible as we will only refund your deposit if we are able to re-let your room for the whole booking
