Terms and Conditions
Check In and Check Out
Checking in time is between 3:00p.m. and 7:00p.m. on the day of your arrival. Alternative arrangments can be made through prior agreement
Checking out is at 10:00a.m. on the day of departure
To secure your booking:
All bookings are guaranteed by credit/debit card or cheque deposit.
Cheque deposit to the value of one night's room rate payable to 'Swn-y-Dwr' and sent to us will be required and balance due on completion.
Supply us with your credit/debit card details. We reserve the right to take a deposit equivalent to one night's stay if you fail to show, (please see cancellation policy). Full payment will be required at the end of your visit, this is payable by cash, cheque or card. Please note that card transactions carry a 2% surcharge.
Cancellation policy
Notice period
14 days. Written notice is defined as in the format of a letter or email. The notice period is with effect from 2.00pm on the proposed arrival date.

Charges
Every effort will be made to re-let the room(s). However, if we are unable to re-let any of the facilities we will charge you for the total cost of the facilities booked or any shortfall against the booking should the room be re-let. If you shorten your stay we reserve the right to charge you for the full period booked.

Method of charging
Any cancellation charges will initially be offset against any deposit (if held) and / or payment charged against the credit/debit card supplied.

No show charge
All bookings are guaranteed by credit/debit card or cheque deposit. Failure to arrive will result in a 'no-show' charge being charged to your card up to the rate of the room booked or loss of cheque deposit.

Any major damage to the rooms will incur a reimbursement charge.
